From single hung tilt window, circa 1995/96. No maker markings, channel counter pull has markings of "J C2730" or "K C2735" depending on window (which I presume are 27C 770 series channel pulls). I have Accu Weld Replacement windows,much to my disappointment. 2 of the positive control balances snapped. They are the dual coil and are marked 8R. Do you have them?

My window balance looks like this 16" Series 390, but none of the options look like what is stamped on the existing unit. Mine is stamped 15 5 NK BSI.

When installing 8 (order total; all same type of the aforementioned), these 5 channel balances broke upon usage when installing in window. two broke at the top, much smaller pieces, the other three severely damaged the pulley system and snapped.
