I am looking for a part that connects onto the spring for my window. The hook end has snapped off and the window will no longer stay up because spring cannot be attached. You can see from the photo that the piece above is broken off. I believe it is an old anderson window from some of the markings ... (cont.)

Trying to identify the part. the lock is broken. the measurement is about 1"1/4 of width, about 2" long and 1/2" depth. I have posted two pictures, the first one is broken and the second one shown the unbroken one as reference. thanks for you help Bill

Hi I need to order a window replacement balance and it looks like your S395-29. But I am not sure what option to choose. The stamp on my broken balance showed marking 27-4. Is S395-29 the right balance? In the picture, I do not see a clip at the bottom which is what I have in my window balances. ... (cont.)

I bought a replacement 82-218 (Mortise lock) and 82-106 (turning lever), but the turning lever is not long enough to reach into the mortise lock mechanism. Does your company sell a turning lever with a longer shaft?

Hi! I have two Weathersure sliding doors in my house built 1986. Need replacement window locks and handles with all the mechanisms. The exact door model number reads WS IGCC (r) 408 OMHO 7567. It appears to be one or the other. I assume it's the 3 hole, but in your pictures it seems that the holes are a little different. sorry if sent more than once.

The measurement for each side is 1/2 inch. One side (without the tab) is slightly curved. The side with the tab is flat.

Hello, while trying to lock this window, both handles snapped off as they appear to be made of plastic. The cranks are also stripped now too. the label on the window says Delmar Hardware Canada and that is how i found you. Thank you, Lindsay
