The number on my sash balancer is E10 9p27 I74. Can you tell me which one I need to replace this?

Looking for a replacement for this operator in both right and left hinge side.

I believe I can use your 82-005 and just purchase the interior part. I know yours is a different color and does not have the night lock button you see on mine which is fine as long as it will marry with my door and existing outside handle and lock.

I need the roller assembly and the piece on the bottom for impact plus bifold mirror closet doors bought at Home Depot. I purchased one from you in the past, but do not have part number.

I ordered replacement channel balances S350 (S350-17 and S350-19) for my mother but they aren't correct shoe types (too wide). Both balancers broke and are 1/2 inch wide. There are no labels on the coil and the window weighs 11 lbs. What coil do you think I need?

The bottom horizontal rail of the window/screen has a larger channel for the corner key than the vertical side rail. I tried part 95.016 which is 3/16" on both legs. Hi, Door lock latch handle snapped off, not sure if I need just this handle piece or the whole inside parts or handle assembly, haven't taken the door handle apart yet. There's an MM logo, no other marks... Thank you. Colin

Do you have written or video instructions as to the installation of the replacement 82-107 sliding door latch lever?

One of the pieces broke and the balance just slides by the window. I cannot find a place that sells replacements. The one in the picture is pretty beat up too. There is one on each side of the window.

Hello, I have several broken latches for my tilt windows and am looking for replacements for them, where might I be able to find some?

We have the awning operator on and it fits great on my larger window but if I put the brackets on the bottom of the sash (the only way it fits) ) it's no longer horizontal with the operator and catches the window sill ? Wondering if there is a different bracket that fits flush? If I figure this out ... (cont.)
