Enclosed are photos of the 28 x 1-2 inch channel balance from my 2008 Thurmont 2100 series Windows. I'm hoping you can help me with replacements.

I believe the left part of this image shows the sweep latch, but not sure what the right portion is and if you have it. The right portion says "Thermal Gard by Season-All" and is about 4" x 1-1/8" according the photo my customer sent me.

The windows were manufactured by Greaf. Not quite sure how to get the coils out, do I have put a cut in the back side of the track?

I believe I am missing the bracket that the spiral balance locks into under the sash. They are non tilting metal windows. The spiral balance matches closely to the 5/8 in 500 series with the small butterfly clip at the bottom. i tried to capture the underside where I think the bracket should go. ... (cont.)

As I read on one of your posts, the crank moves the window out but when operation is reversed, all that happens is the crank ejects itself (unscrews?) from it's holder. we are trying to remove the screw from the old lock, but there is no screw head. the lock was broken off in a hail storm. I can't figure out how to get the screw out so I can put the new lock on. thank you for any help you can give me.

There were two windows that the balancers fell out of that were different widths. As such, there were two different part numbers listed.
