What replacement balance do I need? I can't seem to find the exact part for this balance

These are 1980 parts probably. Unfortunately the existing track is 5/8 inch wide solid steel rail so having a solid wheel replacement is ideal. Except for it's flanged roller your 81-246 is the closest configuration that I see. Thanks for your input.

Hi id like some help determining which series channel will work to replace these. My channel is 21" long and 5/8 wide. I also need to purchase the channel guide that goes to the window as well. Thanks! Josh

This is a single coil that broke. It was mounted about half way up the window frame for the bottom sash. Need help pointing me to the right coil to replace it with.

I need to replace a pair of Channel Balance assemblies on a bathroom window. Looking at your website, the metal part of the balance should measure 12”. Mine measures 11 5/8”. Width at 9/16” is correct. Plastic parts at ends both have wings. Marking on the metal bar are 11 5 A ... (cont.)
