I have an Atrium sliding screen door that I can not get adjusted correctly. It has wheels on the top and bottom. Every time I slide the door it rocks and sticks. Is there a sequence to adjusting the rollers ?

My commercial door hinge pivot broke. When I look at your website, the original from my door looks a lot like your 79-126. Your description says Recessed Door Offset Pivot Set. What does "recessed" mean?

How do I remove the stuck balance shoe from the aluminum window panel? Attached is the pic of the balance shoe. It has "PATENT 4610108" printed on it. It is not moving at all.
