23 year old vinyl windows with spiral balances. Balances have popped of these shoes (no idea how they stayed on as long as they did looking at the design of these) I'm not finding anything that looks similar to these. These measure at 1-1/4" wide, 9/16" thick, 1-11/16" tall.

These are balance spring of old K&K windows. Plastic balance shoes are black on the aluminum spring cover is the written 28HDK and more which I can not identify. I need 4 pices like that.
