This is a roller for a single pane window built early 60's

The thumb-turn broke off. Mortise lock still works. Handle is approximately 7 inches tall with approximately 5-inch screw centers. Looking for a replacement handle set.

Stainless spring band broke

I would like to replace these 2 balancer for one window. One of the sash cords is broken. Both appear to be 927 R14 1196. I'm concerned about the "R14". Will your 927 model fit for both left and right?

Need to replace both channel balancers of Master Bedroom windows. Length of balancer is 27 inches.

Wondering if you could help me identify what latch to purchase. It's roughly 2.70 inches long and just shy of 0.75 inches wide. It's got a clear plastic bottom cover. I unfortunately don't have any info of what brand the windows are.

Hello, I'm a handymanI have customer with huge heavy mirrored closets - the top guide is 4013-2 - has a vinyl rectangle that sits in the track - I can't find any replacement parts for these - do you guys have or suggest a replacement?

I am looking for a replacement for the snap-in glazing for my YKK window. It looks like it blew off and got damaged. I've added the best pictures I could get of it with a ruler and where it was on the window. Looks like it is roughly 7/8" high by 3/8" deep.

Long arm is stamped "entry gard." Shorter arms are stamped 20755 and 51538

I am looking for Pella window balances the only marking I see us 28c BSI. My existing balance has a clip on the end not a screw hole.

5 is the only marking on the pin. Uploaded the window information sticker, hopefully that helps.
