determined that the replacement balance I need is the 24" series 395 channel code:S395-24. My question is the old balance has 23 9 FS CALDWELL stamped on it, and I need to know what weight to pick. Thanks in advance

Can you help identify this? I don't know the window manufacturer. The windows were installed in 2001.

This controller will not hold the window completely shut. When attempting to close it requires 2 people, one outside pushing it in. However, it then pops open enough to catch the wind. The handle comes out bringing the screw part of the controller with it. What would my replacement be? It is no ... (cont.)

The 38-058R Locking Handle on the left hand side is new one and the rivet head is too thick to clear the support plate. The lock on the left hand side is the old one which clears the support plate. How do I fix this problem, this is an ongoing problem, can not lock our windows. Please respond to thi ... (cont.)

I don't know the manufacturer of this window since I can't seem to find any serial number anywhere. The only number I have is 10R-7 (see picture). The measurements are as follows: - Center-to-center hole spacing = 2-1/4" - Total length = 2-15/16" - Width = 3/4" - Lip size = 3/8". ... (cont.)

These are photos from two different size windows. The smaller window has markings 2950. The larger window has the markings 29DS46L. Both of the units are 1/2 " by 30". It appears that the ends are the same
