I am stumped as to what manufacturer made my window. I am hoping that with the two pictures I've provided you might be able to locate this sash part for me. It is the window latch that locks the window back once you have tilted it in to clean it or open it. Thanks!

These are White Vinyl Windows and the Side Latches which allow them to tile are breaking. I've also had some of the bottom rods to break. These rods protrude from the bottom of the window into the jamb to engage the spring mechanism to hold the window up. I can take more photos if needed. PRISM ... (cont.)

I have a Pella storm door, no key for the lock. I removed the lock and the dimensions match your 40-129. But your description says it is for a Larson storm door. And your Pella handset 40-199 says the lock should be the 40-123. But the 40-123 dimensions do not match my lock. So I'm confused wha ... (cont.)

We think this has a 19-002 top. The channel balance is marked 283 cs caldwell The top attached part and the bottom attached part are ok but we need this part that holds the channel balance in place

My balance has no color tip. What color should I purchase?

Looks like 39-255. (9-1/2") arm. Arm is marked 30350. On bottom plate slide mounted to window is marked 358-1R. Do you you have replacements. I need 2 each RH.

I just purchased 4- 58-085 for a kawneer glass double doors. I went to install them on the job and the screw holes did not match up from new strips to the door.
