Total chain length is little over 12 inches. Should I assume the 9 1/4 " measurement accounts for about 2 3/4" of chain remaining on the teeth of the sprocket of the operator? The name Ventarama is found on the window hardware.

Hi, i need this clip that the pivot is sitting on, the top has an area the balances snap into, their are two balances on each side they are 26g. I do not know what this part is called any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I need a replacement crank/operatator for a Pella casement window. the only marking I see on the window is 619 patent paending. the window handle turns but the operator will not open the window. I think the gear is stripped. thanks
