I'm replacing 3 sets of hardware and wanted to find out what associated hardware would be good to replace with the crank? I want to replace as much of the plastic pieces as possible as the window is over 20 yrs old. Where does the shoulder bolt and shoulder bolt washer go?

I have double hook locks on my sliding glass doors. Sometimes it takes a great deal of effort to close the lock. Since the doors are only four years old and no wear or damage is visible, I think the locks just need adjustment. How does one adjust these locks?

Windows are Lemco Series 30. I have just one that is missing the crank handle and whatever parts connect the handle to the arm.

I have two double hung of same size. Both made on 88. marking on windows CIG-2 2-88. Two of the balances looks like One has S18 1031 5-88 , 11600-17 and there other side is loose (may be its one replace before? should not be using a year 1985...) 1600R-2 and J23 5#31 10 85

Bought a house in FL with jalousie windows. Had plantation shutters installed and the installer said we needed to get folding cranks because shutter frames now interfere with the cranks. I believe Alside/Associated Materials UltraMax vinyl, double-paned windows were installed circa 2000 throughout my house. The sash is a 28C total length 29 inches.there are two in the window one on each side. I am having a hard time identifying the top & bottom Part to go on the sash balance. The sash balance is 1/2 inch wide.
