The bearings went bad in my roller assembly on the exterior sliding glass door and I am unable to find the part in the local Ace Hardware store. Can you help me find one. Jim

Problem is when you rotate key to lock door it turns the lever fine, then when you return key to the start position to remove the key the locking lever turns slightly as well, unlocking the door. Should the tumbler be ratcheting somehow so not to turn the lever back or ?? I am trying to fi ... (cont.)

I always called it a flip lock, so you could safely leave your window cracked open at night on when you are out. It has a number on it in a circle C-86 with a 5 underneath
