I would like to have 2 sets if I can locate these. We have recently purchased this house and 2 windows need replacement keepers they are missing so the windows do not latch.

Please explain/show what the torsion bar is/does. I can't picture how the closer could work with a stiff, straight bar attachment to the door, unable to swivel it would appear. And how would the angle be accounted for without bending the bar where it attaches to the door? Thanks. ... (cont.)

I'm thinking your 39-274 might be correct to replace my 5/16 spline Semco window crank handle. My handle shows the number 40095 on the underside and Semco on the top side. There are 11 or 12 ridges in the spline hole. Can you help? Do not have a clue as to who the window manufacturer is nor where to ... (cont.)

I've used Home Depot G-3038 which are way too weak to roll the windows and therefore do not last. I can cut the track with a Dremel tool to adjust the length for a better roller and re-drill the holes for locating and securing, if needed. These parts are from an old awning style window, circa 1960. One is the crank which is right hand use. The other is a glide and pivot bracket that has a broken rivet connection.
