Pretty sure I need Product Code: 81-095. However, the roller appears to be screwed to the bottom door rail from the top of the rail, before the glass was installed. Hi, I'm trying to replace my sliding glass glass door rollers. They're really old, to remove the rollers I had to unscrew the door frame apart. Can you let me know if you carry it?

Handle and pinion are missing on left and right windows. Do have other handles but for some reason pinion gear that the handle attached too is missing.

Need to replace a number of window balances on my vinyl tilt in windows. There are no numbers on the windows anywhere. They are ribbed 32" channel balances. 32" is the length of the metal balance and does not include the connecter on the bottom where the window attaches. Any assistance would be ... (cont.)

I can't send a photo since I can't remove the door. I slide it up as far as it will go but it won't clear the track on the bottom.

Wondering if you have a replacement for this lock mechanism.
