It looks like part 15–177 but is different. It is on a picture on your website, but I can't find it in the shop area. Do you know which one this is?

Hi, I am looking for a replacement part for this wheel and bearing. This specific one was installed in Norway maybe in the 1970s-1980s.

Was unable to locate any part number stamps, need to replace top arm. Also interested in gasket material (very thin gasket on inside face)

Hi. Need about a half dozen of these if you have them. Or, perhaps, a replacement handle that will work. They don't have to be cosmetically identical.

How do I work this to remove the screen?

We have Milgard windows but unfortunatley not the original owner - so no warranty. The window that I'm trying to repair replacement window balancers installed but they are not the right ones. The pivot lock shoes are failing in a few windows. im a bit concerned if i remove it, there's a spring loaded aspect to the mechanism that I won't be able to replicate without the special tool.

Hello, Can you tell me whether I can buy the vinyl part which you see broken on the picture? I think it is 1/2" thick, and as you can see from the picture, it is hollow. Thanks!

Hey there, have a house full of 1989 Milgard aluminum windows with lower lift sashes. They are all in bad shape and I am replaceing all of the balancers. Some are missing the part in the picture which seems to cause them to scrape in the channel. Do you sell these? Thanks!

Hello, The current channel balances I have are 20" from end to end of the metal. It is a non-tilt window and the stamp reads 1920. Based off of looking at the plastic fittings on each end it appears to me that this is a 20" series 378 channel balance but I could certainly be wrong. I have attached ... (cont.)

Hi the length of the metal bit is 27". Do I need a balance of boith sizes? Thye window is 52" x 55". Thanks.

I need both balances and tilt locks. The balance is 32 inches with 30-5 stamped on it. The sash weighs 20 lbs. The tilt locks have wings on them. Thank you
