Greetings, I recently purchased two operators (39-022) from your firm but upon receipt found they are not what I need. What is the depth of the latch from the interior storm door surface to the inside handle locking surface. This dimension for my existing handle is approximately 1 inch. Is the 40-150 dimension the same or will I have to reposition the sping loaded catch on the interior door.

The cover to our triple coil balance (support) has broke and I'm hoping you can help replace it. The support is 4" long and appears to be 3/4" wide. The coils themselves measure 7/16" wide. Unfortunately, I didn't watch the how to 'remove' video beforehand. I separated the bottom door frame enough to rotate the floating wheel assembly outside the door frame. The rod is 24" including the metal part sticking out, 5/8" wide. There is a dark blue piece crammed up inside. The dimensions for the shoe are ABOUT 1" x 2" x 1/2" give or take a 16th.
