Can I replace the Channel Balance without removing the jam? The jam removal would require removal of very nice trim that I may damage. Preference is to do it in place. Spring broke on both sides. I got the old ones out, but not sure I can hook the top. Could I use the old hook?

Hey, I am looking for casement operators for Norco D-series windows. The number stamped on the hardware is 076-N-330. They use the typical single arm truth hardware. The single arm is about 8-9" long (didn't really know where to measure it from.)
