Hi, I need one balance replacement as the cord is torn, looking at your website the closest one i think is the series 385 or 380, please compare to photo cl/Series-385-Channel-Balances. the length is also unclear as I measured 31.5" and you have 31 or 32.

The latches pictured are 2 1/4" screw holes on center and 3 3/8" in total length. Do you have a replacement for these?

Looking for the pictured part. Casement Operator Cover. Anderson Window. It has 7191-33 stamped on the inside. There is only one hole not 2 as pictured on your site. Also need operator handle. Need 3 of each. These are from at least pre-1987 manufactured windows.

The current operator in our windows is 15", same as the long arm. This barely fits, because the rod has holes in the end to attach t the window, not a bracket. Does the 15" (39-390) have a bracket at the end? Are there any other options for the rod? I'd rather not go with the short arm unless necess ... (cont.)

I am trying to replace a crank. The parts numbers I can see are F-9400-8A, C-9400A. The teh shaft is 8 1/2" long and the base is 5" wide.

We have several windows that need replacement crank covers and it seems that JELD-WEN windows do not support this part any longer. Could you provide some help on where to locate these?
