i bought your: S140-23 coil balance the ones I have pulled out are labeled: 3.0 35" P (there are 2 of these coils) and 4.0 35" P ( there is 1 of these) I have already installed what I ordered but the window sash is not moving without me using a ton of force. Looking for the pictured part. Casement Operator Cover. Anderson Window. It has 7191-33 stamped on the inside. There is only one hole not 2 as pictured on your site. Also need operator handle. Need 3 of each. These are from at least pre-1987 manufactured windows.

The current operator in our windows is 15", same as the long arm. This barely fits, because the rod has holes in the end to attach t the window, not a bracket. Does the 15" (39-390) have a bracket at the end? Are there any other options for the rod? I'd rather not go with the short arm unless necess ... (cont.)

I am trying to replace a crank. The parts numbers I can see are F-9400-8A, C-9400A. The teh shaft is 8 1/2" long and the base is 5" wide.

We have several windows that need replacement crank covers and it seems that JELD-WEN windows do not support this part any longer. Could you provide some help on where to locate these?

The channel balance I want to replace has the code 24 B stamped on it. It looks like the S370 and is 25". I am not sure which stamp option to choose or the sash weigh range. Can you tell from the " 24 B" stamp?
