Hello, I'm looking for replacement pivot bars for a few windows that snapped when cleaning. The window locks say TrimLine on them and the pivot bars have 603 on them.

I'm painting Shelter window trim from oak to white and want to replace the window hardware from grey to white. Hi, I am looking to pick up a couple Alenco Windows channel balances (number 2740). The steel measures 28" and it is about 1 more inch for the other plastic parts. Can you tell me what part to order (with all the plastic parts and spring, etc included). thanks. Doug

I just installed the 39-346. It's a perfect fit. However, I have to give it a bit more pressure to fully close the glasses to make them meet up. I don't want to put undo stress on the handle. Is this normal? Thanks!

You web site implies one is the mating part to the other (ie pins go on top corner and 52-201 goes on bottom corner. Dimensions on each are different on the leg, 95-201 is 5/16" and 95-073 is 3/16". The 95-201 is the correct dimension for my application but the 95-073 may not fit tight enough. Do ... (cont.)

I need to replace some window rollers but no brand name is on the windows. Only markings on metal dual pane windows are RAL 394 7717, which is on metal edging between the panes all around the window. Were installed in 1993, when house was built new. Photos atached John

Our Larson storm door plastic (I know- not really plastic) hinge pins have broken in two of the four hinges. There are numbers on a sticker on the door. 59008033 231051207 It appears to match the door labeled 590-08 on the Larson website.

Hi, I've tried to look literally everywhere online for hours and in store for a thin window latch with holes. The width is 11/16 inches or about 5/8 inches. 3/4 inches could possibly fit as well. Do you have a window latch with holes that small?

Hello, I am looking to replace the crank mechanism on my Andersen window. The part # on the front is "C-9400-1B" and on the rear is "F-9400-8A". Do you sell a compatible replacement for this? Thank you Joseph

This part keeps the window closed at the top. When it slides out we can tilt the window open. It is broken and the window will not stay closed. The part is 2 5/8" x 5/8".
