I'm trying to find a LH and RH top tilt latch for a 14 yr old General Aluminum Single hung 3'0 x 6'0 window, the latch is 3 5/8" wide. photo attached.

I am repairing a storm door handle complete. I will order 40-150 but I need to know the spindle depth on the latch. The defective one (inside latch) I have is 11/4" deep. I know I c ould grind the spindle down to accodomate athe new part but I would rather not.

Will your part # 40-183 Work for this ? I need price for satin and qty 3

This part is attached to a string on either side of the top window sash. It looks like they hold the string to the window and have broken off.

Hi, I am looking to replace 4 pivot bars for my window. The pivot bar is metal and 3" long by 1/4" wide by 1/8" deep. Please take a look at the photos to ensure that I took down the correct measurements.

It looks very much like the 795 balancer with a 36" x 1/2 x 9/16 channel except the plastic pivot shoe on mine is only 1" wide and yours show a width of 1 1/4. I could probably cut that down to fit but wondered if there is another pivot shoe that is 1"wide?

Looking to replace this. Standard replacements at hardware stores do not work. The screws are 1 3/4" apart. The center metal pin is square. Thank you,Debbie

I have a 20 year old Monark Mirror closet door The leading guide is worn out. The parts list calls it a captured guide. It is fitted to a 1/4"X20 screw with a phillips head. I need to replace the guide. Do you carry them?
