I need to replace a total of 3 balances from two windows and am having trouble identifying what I need. Attached are pictures of one of the balances. I am interested in finding a window adjuster for tilting windows. They have effective locks but there is no way to control the opening. Do you know of anything that might work in this situation?

Please see the attached photos. The metal part of the balance measures 30". There is no writing on the ones I have removed. I can just barely read "MC 45" on one that is still in one of the windows. Hi, I need to buy some pivot keys for my storm windows. Several have become brittle and snapped off. They appear to be made of hard plastic. I will follow up with a measurement of the pivot key top length and side length. Are these fairly easy to replace ? Thank You George

We have an older Andersen operator cover (400 classic series) with the standard 39-286 handle. Could we replace the 39-286 handle with a 39-301 folding handle? We're trying to determine for window treatments. Thank you!

I am looking for some tilt latches that will fit my windows. I recently purchased a generic replacement and they were to thick. I am assuming the slim tilt latch you sell will work. Can you verify this based on my pictures?

The windows were installed in my home in 1992 and I think the manufacturer was Nu View which is apparently out of business. Can't lock the window.There isn't any fastner to sucur it to,the horseshoe shape type.The window Won't go down enough to latch to

they are 2830 1/2"x29" the top looks like 19-005 with wings, the bottom looks like 15-002 no wings. I do not find this combo in your information.

I'm hoping you can help me. I believe these are patriot windows but not certain. The latches that lock in the windows on the left and right side would not lock.
