Semco casement window operator
Hello, I have a window that has a strippedout crank system or operator and I would like to replace it. The operator has a number on the small arm that says 31538A and 1982 is stamped on the bottom with some patend numbers. Can I get this part?

channel balance clip
Sir; Last month I ordered a pair of 33" Series 351 Channel Balances. They worked great thanks! When I replaced the balances, I noticed that this plastic clip that attaches to the window frame was broken. It is 1-3/16" long and 1/2" wide. Do you carry these? Thanks alot. Dennis
