I guess I bought some cheap storm windows at home depot 5+ years ago and all the plastic latches are now broken (except for the screens). I am missing one sash lock catch for my casement window. The mounting holes are 1-3/8-inch on center. The tang projects out about 9/16-inch from the window frame. The tooth on the tang is only about 1/4-inch long and slightly less wide. Do you have this part?

My dad has windows in his house that are 50 years old the coil balances broken how do I know what lb.to get. His windows are aluminum double pane. the top clip on the left sash, 3 pictures attached size: top measures 17/16ths by 11/16ths total depth 1 inch 5/16th

I need both parts, they are 2" off center, the lock is 1" wide and the keeper is 1/16" wide. The lock is also 1/16th inches from screw hole to edge.
