Hello, Sure hope you can help with these. I have two types here. These are interchangeable and I don't see much use for what appears to be a locking mechanism on the broken one. 1.25 x 3.4 x 0.3 inches There is no marking on ether one that I can see, Thanks again. Brian

I need a replacement inside door latch for a Cole Sewell door. The distance between the 2 screw holes is 1 3/4". The length is 2 1/2" and the width is 1". Black in color preferably. Would your 40-053 work or do you have a better recommendation?
