I just need the white colored slider that attaches to the spring mechanism as shown in the picture of 83-003. I cannot see a pop rivet in the picture of 83-003. Does the slider attach via a pop rivet as does the slider of 83-002?

I have no brand names or part numbers--really, no information. the clips are only ⅛ inch deep and the mullions snap into them--unless the sun and your window washers destroy the clip prongs, which are meant to slide under the frame around the window glass.

The interior gear seems to be stripped. Fentron is stamped on the handle. That's all the info I have. Would like to purchase a replacement, possibly more as I work through the house. Windows are circa 1962

Hi The part I need looks like the photos people sent you on Nov, 2014. I noticed your keep has 3 screw holes. My broken part has 2 holes as does the one shown in the photo from Nov 2014. My keeper is OK. I need the lock. Will you lock work with the 2 hole keeper. Thank You Bob

I ordered a certianteed pivot as the measurements and general appearence was the same but this one has an offset pivot. Do you think you have something for this?

We have a Portal double push bar glass door that has wool pile on the left door. The door is over 10 yrs old and the pile has worn due to lots of use! The OC length between the holes on the Arm extension on mine is 2 and seven sixteenths rather than 2 and a quarter inch. Would this still work?

I am looking for Window parts, I have about 20 window, some will need latches, pins on the bottom of the windows, tension springs and attachment bracket, I will also need the tools to set the tension on the spring.

I do have the pivot bar and have used them on other windows. I need 2 more parts part 26-040 3" pivot bar with the mill finish aluminum channels as shown. Or a suitable substitute. Also needed is 3 each Pivot shoe 1/2" thick part no. 15-046 Please contact me asap!

How far does that spring stick up? I need tension springs for alum. sliding doors. They need to stick up about 5/8 - 3/4 inches.
