The steel channel measures 34". Markings on the channel say 33 4 EX CMC 4

Recently found that one of the windows had a stuck channel balance. Upon taking them out, it looks like I have two different tension springs. Can you please let me know which part I should be ordering? Thanks Tim

lower left corner of glass has "2-5" marking. Window is orginal to house ~40 years old ~24 inches(width) x ~37 inches(height) - inside sash.

I am looking to replace the channel balances on 9 identical non-tilt windows and would like to know, what determines the 'series' of channel balance to use? My balances are of the 1/2" (9/16") variety, are 29" long, and look to have the 15-003 shoe and 19-002 guide. Thank you for your help and time ... (cont.)

Can I get the 26-243 in a tan color?

I also have Gapco windows and the glazing bead is "V" shape with a small ridge on one of the outside sides. Do you have anything like that? Pictures include to assist.

Is there a longer clip than the 70-197?

Sliding door is from mid 1980's. Removed the receiver with pin in 90's to accommodate a doggie door. Dog is gone. Misplaced lock receiver. Can you please direct me to purchase a new receiver... Numbers on lock are 7700-14 and 2573558. I've always and only by Anderson. Thanx Jeff

Hi i need the Snap-in Glazing. For this window. And i need the Top Sash. It is 1 3/4 long and 5/8 wide. The glazing is so bad i cant get it out with out it braking apart. I order Channel Balances # 380 worked great i had to trim off a little bit on the shoe but works great thanks. ... (cont.)

My channel balance is stamped J 16HDB and is 18in. long for an old late 80's Norco tilt wood window. Looks similar to the 18" Series 751 Channel Balance Product Code: S751-18. Will this one work? Thanks So Much

I need some help to determine a actual roller. The closest thing I saw was the 81-090 not exact but appears to be close.

need to know if the number 2730 conforms with it being the window sash? it is 28inches long and 1/2 inch wide. need to make sure that it is the right sash before ordering. Thank you

Hello, attached is a photo of the glass sliding door tandem roller assembly that I need to find. I am sorry, I don't have the measurements. The assembly is approximately 4" long x 2" high. Please advise. Thank you, Jim P

I have a bathroom window, 25 in wide by 17 in high that the coils on each side have snapped leaving part of the coil on the top part (not sure what it's called) and the other half still connected to the boot. Only thing I see stamped on it is either a 6 or a 9? The coil looks like the one pictured ... (cont.)

See photos. Need the left and right. Part is about 3" long, screw holes on 2" center. The finger hole is oval. The screws are offset away from the edge of the window.
