I am enlosing both side of the piece needed. Our windows wont lock in any more after cleaning. I think two numbers may be on the underside, 21 and 092. There is also a pat. Pending number, but that didnt get any results in an internet search.

I took out the balance rod and finally figured out which top and shoe to use. Measured it at 29" and took the window out and my bathroom scale (which usually lies to me for the record) says its 19 lbs. So Stamp should be 2830 right? The current rod says "28C USB." My replacement window stopped opening. I attached pics of the parts, not sure which measurements you need, one of the two window pieces is 26X27inches.

I have several windows in varying states of disrepair. Ballasts, Ballast Caps (the plastic cap that the ballast rests on on the top of the window), the seal on the sides and the bottom of the window... broken plastic retainer that holds the glass in, etc..
