I have searched the parts and can't identify this part located ath top of my window inside the channel.

I need replacement locks in white for my windows. I think I found the parts on the site, but would like help to make sure they are the right ones.

I need assistance identifying the weight and model # for replacement channel balances.

I am looking for a hand crank for a window that is about 6 years old. The hexagonal fitting on the handle is stripped. There is no set screw in the mechanism to tighten to keep it in, or from turning. Pictures show the handle configuration and the stripped fitting.

I'm trying to order window balances for Traco windows. I work at a university and we need these for our student housing windows. I've checked other vendors and they don't carry this item. The crank will not close the window. The gears skip when the window is almost shut

I have a Probilt French Double Patio door and the locking pin is broke in the bottom locking lever and I can't lock the door and can't find one. Recently purchased your in swing paddle type door handles. Love it. Now I would like to purchase a cylinder to help close door when hands are full. And also help stop wind and snow from blowing thru.

Does the 1-3/16" spec include the knurled part of the assembly or just the barrel? My door pull is 1- 1/4 O.D., and given the 1/16" thickness of the punch out the knurled part would not enter the door if that length is to the end of the whole assembly (excluding the tail of course). Hello, searching for parts for nuprime windows the block and tackle are 1620 on two Windows that measure about 3x3 feet and do not know the block and tackle number on the third one that measures about 3feet wide and 4feet tall. We do not know if this is a Pella or Anderson window. There are no identifying numbers. I have no measurements. It may be an unknown company to us. This is on a wood casement window. We need 2 series 795 balances 21 inches. The old balance is stamped 20-9. We took the window sash out and weighed it. It is 31.1 pounds. Is option E strong enough for it Thanks.
