In my photo you can see that the new crank that you sent has a longer arm. On the new crank that you sent the number on the arm is 40395. My old crank with the gold arms has no number on that arm. I recently purchased a home with replacement windows. Over time, the sash lock keepers have snapped, leaving me with the difficult task of identifying the window parts with no markings.
