I have patriot windows and all of the clips that hold the window screen are broken over the years. They are white plastic clips. Where I can I find and buy them.

One of our windows will no longer remain up. It appears that the internal guide spring has malfunctioned. Is there a way for me to replace this item? Do I need to contact a local dealer? Thank you, Paul & Ginny

There is a numbering CD 342 on the part that is broken and it is wheel assembly I am sending a vid of this part this is L shaped part that slids in to arm of frame to connect one side with another arm

ustHere are the files that I want to share with you. The screws tore out the inserts in the outside handle when we tried to open a stuck door. The assembly is marked DNS IND. It was installed on a Better-Bilt door. Can you supply a replacement?
