I recently installed shutters with pam am crank style windows - I need to find an extension crank so my customer can operate her windows

I am looking for eight replacement sash balances with channel dimensions of 9/16 W, 5/8 D, 29" L and a spring length of 13.25" (14" including the hooks). There is a stamp on one end marked "28 B, B.S.I.". The closest balance I can find is the series 350, the 19-002 looks fine but I am unsure on th ... (cont.)

I need only the plastic slide, you should be able to see where is broken at bottom of catch. Window will not stay in the catch for it to lock in.....MI single hung. Steve J

My door handle metal portion is about 1 inch and the rest is a larger white area that fits into a hole of the same size. Would your handle still work?

This window balance spring came from a single hung window where each sash is 36 wide x 34 tall. The metal channel is 35" without the plastic ends and 35 3/4" with the plastic ends.

I have a lock made by DNS marked 23/15 That is a Daryl lock look alike. The problem my lock has a black plastic spacer around the inside between the frame and the lock. It is about 1/8" in thickness. It is cut out for the lock in the center. Does anyone make the spacers anymore?
