I have a few window locks that are broken. The house was built in 1992. The windows themselves are in good shape, but I accidently broke some of the locks. I need about 10 of the locks. I was wondering about the model number. I want to know the model number of the lock. Measurements are 2-3/4" lo ... (cont.)

I have a PPG Herculite K sliding patio door installed in @ 1980. The rollers have worn to the point that it is difficult to open the door. Is there replacement rollers for this door. It is a little over 6 foor wide. If so how many are needed to replace all rollers

Hi, I'm looking for a set of replacement hardware for an Andersen window. See attached pictures, I have many installed like the one that needs replacing. Dear Sir, I try to match my old bead to your part and so I can make an order. The height and width of my old one is about 1/2". In terms of the shape, my old one is very close to your 55-156. None of the sash guides on your website seem to match mine exactly--they have no numbers, stamps, or marks. Two pics with measurments (in inches) are attached. They fit our school windows, aluminum 2 pane, mid 70s (maybe) vintage. Thanks for your help--Mike

Looking for a replacement tilt latch. The Swisco 26-393 appears to be perfect. Does it have a clip on the bottom similar to the one in the attached photos?

the previous owner of my home apparently has taken the upper track for my 30" replacement screen door. i have purchase a door from the home depot made by enique home design but i do not have a upper track for the new door. any help in this matter will be appreciated.

Weep hole cover 26-186 looks for me, however, will work with my aluminum windows with 1/4" dia holes?

Hi, I'm trying to purchase new spiral balances. The old ones I just removed are both white tip. However, the window sash weighs 11.5 lbs. Should I purchase red tip replacement sashes instead? Thanks for your advise. Nate

I have 3 windows that need replacement parts. The first picture is one of the broken windows, the second is one of the ones that works. The parts are caradco, but I am having a very difficult time finding anyone that carries them. Thank you.

Have very large windows and my balances are 24E. They are of the 770 Balance style but see that you only carry 24D. Is there another option available? Seeing as these balances have worn out I'm afraid to put in 24Ds
