Hello, I have a Jeldwen egress casement window that the lock handle broke on. I am looking at your site, but not sure which lock I should be looking at. The dimensions of my lock are: Lock "arm" 1 1/2" Length of "body" 4 3/4" Screw fastenre lenght 4" Would appreciate your help.

Hi, Our house was built in 1966. We have a 3-seasons porch and one of the window cranks is totally broken. See photo. Metal pivot bars. Three inches in length. Two-screw mounting. Vinyl window marking: "WM" and "1998". Hopefully, you can find these parts. Window cleaning service did more than clean my windows.

The wheel is concave. It rides on the track. These are the parts. The metal cylinder broke. I wrote measurements down. Hope you can flip the image. If you don't make it, or a reasonable replacement, can you recommend someone who does?

My broken screen door wheels look like your 84-074N but does not have the "tube" on the top which I guess hold the height set screw. Would they work ? My set screws are directly mounted on the door frame

I need to replace several window latches. I'm not sure of the right name for the kind of windows, but only the bottom part moves.
