Hi, The sash pivots broke on one of the window. The photo is from one window still intact. The sticker is from the broken window. I think it may stand for Universal Windows Double Hung NE ??? There is the numbers 98/31 on the sash pivot. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Sue ... (cont.)

I am trying to find this part for my storm windows, is this item number 91-142 from your part catalog? The opening is 7/8 and I think the length would be about 4 inch.

I have no numbers outside of the KC on the window double hung. I have 16 of these broken in the house and will have to get measurements for exact part size. Attached please find pictures of a sash balance we need to identify. We have a customer who needs several of these, so we also need a price, and shipping costs. If you can't read the picture, it says, "UNIQUE 30-C-30" with the date 16/04/97

Problem: The inside handle for a storm door became inoperable when the handle would just hang down w/o staying horizontal to provide latching to the door jamb plate. Here's the thing...I can get a handyman to fix my windows if I can get the parts. Unfortunately I'm a tad too tiny to take the windows out to figure out the pivot shoes.
