What is the difference between the 90-005 and the 90-009? I think I have the 005. The original I have is has Alenco cast into it.

Hi, I have an Alenco Window, it is marked RAL I-95 3/8 inside the frame. Do you have a replacement window roller for this? Could you please tell me the part number or link?

I have a window that has no rods to look at. I moved in and they were gone. Just a big heavy piece of glass. What is the Product Code for Pella's Model 4800 Storm Door Mortise Handle Set. Actually, I need only the latch asemebly, or instructions on how to repair it. I am a retiree and a home owner handyman.

Need the mortise latch included w/ 40-193, but not any of the brass parts.

Attached is a picture of a lock latch on a Wright casement window. Does this look like product 38-090? Can the handle only be replaced or does it require replacing the entire assembly?

I have the in swing 40-028 door latch with lock cylinder that I bought from you in 2008. The inside door handle broke off. If I buy a new door latch from you can I use the key cylinder from the old one with the new handle? I believe you no longer make the key cylinder.

Hi, Can you advise which screen corner key to order from enclosed? They are labeled as K/K, the corner dimensions (see pictures) are 3/8" by just under 1", measured exactly as 31/32". Please see picture diagrams. Thanks, Dave

The tilt window latch 26-243 matches the size of my tilt latch but my tip is rounded. The 26-243 is straight. Will this cause problems with snapping into the groove. I have a rounded cover in the window side.catching in the groove?

I need to replace a broken Channel Balance and I believe your product number is S800-27 is thee right replacement, but the stamp options do not seem to match. The Stamp on the old Channel Balance say: 26 4 IO Caldwell. Can you confirm what part I need?

It most resembles model S351-28 from your catalog HOWEVER the top seems more like the 19-005 top as opposed to the type included with the S351-28 model.
