Hi, the t-lock balance shoe 15-194 looks just like what I need. It broke off in the channel. Can you please tell me how to replace it with the new one.

I have a crank window problem. The model has this info U.S. Pat. 4.083.264 Can. Pat. 1979 45012 I can open it but when I try to close the handle and the screw comes out so three is not pull to close the window. Can you tell me what parts i need to replace? Thank you Woody

Folks, I have a broken spring balance. (27", dia. 5/8", no color tip) Not sure which Swisco series replacement part I need. Balance itself is old, but works. The bracket is the broken piece.
