I have a balance stamped "25 4 GO CALDWELL" The S385-26 appears to be the correct balance to replace this but I'm not sure about the weight option. I have Simonton Windows in 6 of my rental units. Several of the windows are not staying open due to broken pivot bars. How can I determine which pivot bars I need? I know I have the right balancer length and width (21" long and 9/16 wide), one set is stamped 2020 and the other 2040 (2 types of windows). Can't quite tell if I have the right top and shoe, I think its 19-005 and 15-005. Can you tel from these photos? Was goint to order your S380-21 thanks! ... (cont.)
