My windows won't stay up. The pivot lock shoe is intact. The problem is the sash pivot bar comes out of the metal cam. Do I need to chance the bar, the cam, or everything? Please help Nancy

I have some older Peachtree sliding screen doors that need new screen. The existing spline varies frim .190 to .210 round vinyl but the origonal (very old)is 11/32" flat. What info do you need? Numbers from broken crank? Numbers from somewhere in the window? WHAT?+ The maintenance man I don't have anymore has ordered from you in the past.

Channel balances. Measure 29" Marking: 28 4 EN Caldwell I think this is 15-005 Shoe. But could be 15-004 Shoe. I can not see what the difference is in these two. How quickly would these ship out if I were to order them today? Need quantity of 4.

Larger balance has m 40-4 stamped on the side. Smaller balance had 17S23 stamped on the side. Both are 1/2" in width. Smaller balance is 18" in length, larger is 41".

Metal part is 27.00 inches long; Markings on part are "26 3 CALDWELL HM" Part looks like Series 385 Channel Balance, but I am not 100% sure. Hope you can identify it by the markings provided -- else I can send you a pix.

What is the composition of the 90-027 window lock & keeper? Is it plastic with brass plating or is it actual metal? We are wanting the antique brass to replace our existings that have been painted over.
