I ordered the wrong parts in my last window balance order. The barrel part of the balance was right, but the end of it was wrong - too big. Please advise asap as a larger window balance order is being held up for this issue. Ed

I have an older ( pre 86 ? ) Anderson Patio Door and the Thumb Latch seems as if it's going to break off at any time... Do I need just the Thunb Latch or is the internal locking mechanism going bad as well ? Which Model #'s might these be ??? I believe it's an old reachout lock

I am looking for some right and left side window latches. They are 5 3/8 inches long. All I can find are those that are 5 5/8 inches long. They are internal mounted and tan in color. See attached pictures. Any sugestions? Thanks, Rick
