Hi, The channel is 20 inches long. The bottom shoe has wings and measures about 3/4. The top shoe does not have wings and measures 1 1/16. Please see additional pictures attached.

Greetings! I have a number of Nuair windows that need channel balances, and I wanted to get the correct ones. My balance is marked 34-4-FU-CMC-2. I have a certainteed window with two snapped springs, shoes seem ok, and stamp on spring reads 335 SA. Do you have a video on how to re-install as well Thanks Gregory A

I am looking for the 1/2 inch channel balances. The stamp on the old balance is 2740. The top shoe attachment resembles 19-005. The bottom shoe attachment resembles 15-002. I included the photo. The channel balance length is 28". Which series should I order? Thanks.

I looking to find the proper pivot shoe replacement for my Model 1800 Patroit Windows that were installed in Dec 1997. I The replacement pivot shoe looks similar to your 15-118. Could you possible provide the part number so I can place an order. Thanks, Richard

Could you please confirm the size of the screen bail latch. Is it 7/16 inch wide by 1-1/4 inch long, with the screw set 1" in?

I have 7 windows Better Built purchased in 2004 they are aluminum size 52 3/4 x 62 3/4 model 740 series. I need pivot shoe replacements size aprox. 2in long thickness 1/4in 15/16 in wide color insert is black. Any help would be appreciated.Can I send a sample?

I have pulled out my balance and the only thing stamped on the side is 28E USB. The window weighs 28 lbs, the S380 29 looks really close, but top and shoe attachments are tough to be sure it they are correct. Measurements are close. Can you provide any insight?

I am sure the above item is what I need 2 of. Mine is 29" overall, the length of the metal part is only 28". Mine does not have a 4 digit number stamped on it. It has 27 5 BSI RN stamped on it. Hello- i need 2 of these window balances. Came off a viking single hung vinyl window. Sash approx 36 tall by 36 wide the metal part measures 33" i can barely read the printing but it seems to say "32 4 ER Caldwell" please let me know if you have these. thanks

Our coil covers are cracking from sun exposure and we would like to replace them. I have attached photos of some that are still intact for measurement and one that has crumbled so you can see the coil mechanism. Can you recommend a replacement part for the coil covers? After 10y in the sun the plastic top and shoes in one of my aluminum windows will not seat properly (end up above the window). I'm unsure why because they look OK and any ideas would be appreciated. I suspect I may need at least the end fittings but I'm unsure which channel balance and end fit ... (cont.)

I'm looking for some replacement pivot bars. Couldn't find any match on your site. Windows are double hung vinyl replacements. 9 years old. Not 100% sure of manufacturer. Can you flip this part upside down and still have the locking mechanism work properly. My existing handle is turned toward the glass not the jamb as yours shows. I have attached a picture of my handle. If yours can not be flipped do you have one that will work?
