Thanks for helping me to identify the ordeing part. The "shim" between sash and jamb ob both sides was torn. The long section (front) is 5/16", short section(back) is 3/13; and the gap to inser into the sash is 1/16". Please advise the SWISCO order nukber. Thanks. LIN

PGT SH4000 window. Channel balance is 37" x 1/2" wide. Stamped with 36 4 AU CMC 2. Top looks like 19-005 and shoe looks like 15-002. Can't tell if shoe is 1" or 1 1/8". Looks more like 1 1/16".

The tip is red and the diameter of the tube is 3/8". When I measure the tube it is 28 1/2" long. I'm just measuring the tube. I am not including the spiral or red tip in the measurement.
