Hi, looking for the correct replacement part for a anderson double hung 2432 size window. Numbers on the balancer are: J24 5#23 3-86. Also 11600-17 and 11600-3. The windows were purchased in year 1986

My windows are about 40 years old. The balances LOOK like a #745, except the plastic anchor fixture looks a bit different (see picture). On the back is marked "2521" (see picture). If this is, in fact, a 745, is it a -3, -4, or a -5? What is the difference?

My home was built in 1986 and has some info stamped on the arms (..."20810 stamped on the arm and also r30842...."). Both sides no good house built 1979 to 82 #'s are D4B 7#37 10-95 and 11600R-2 measure approximately 30 X 46 the outside window works but the inside window does not
