This is a tilt window, 5/8" diameter, 29" long. This is a different window and it is larger - around 30 lbs. I think it is a S600-29. What should the tip color be?

My window weighs about 20 pounds. Which is the correct color balancer to choose?

I have a door-frame which measure 1 3/4 square. (The rest is glass). I need to know the measurement from the edge of the door to the outside edge of the plate which faces you. Can you help me identify the correct pivot shoe before placing an order. I believe the original part matches part number 15-046, but the wedge on the back side of the original part is blue not white as in part 15-046. Please see attached. Thank you in advance, Joe

What is the best way to miter cut vinyl molding like the 55-164? Also, I have some windows that need 55-164 molding and they are 7' tall. The 55-164 only comes in 6' lengths so what are my options? Can you butt this up and somehow "fuse the seam"? Thank you.
