I need a replacement lock for an exterior lock and keeper (exterior of door and jam not an interior lock as shown in your pictures). The door is from circa 1963.

My spiral window balances are ~29" long, have a blue plastic end piece and my vinyl window (bottom half) weighs 27 lb. Which replacement spiral window balances do I need? Hello, I need to replace a pair of window balances. The mfg number stamped on the balance is "25 2 KN Caldwell". I believe that the correct replacement part is either a series 380 or 385.
