The block pulley broke on my channel balance. There is an ink stamp "(09/2)UNIQUE 27-E-50" on the back. The bar measures 28 inches long, is 9/16th wide, and is the plain design. Is the 770 28" Plain the correct bar to order?

I have a failed part & need advice on where I can find a replacement. The awning style window does not have any identifying manufacturer marks but the handle is marked 45054. The worm gear has disengaged from the operator. Thanks!

I HAVE CASEMENT WINDOWS FROM THE 60S IN AN APARTMENT BUILDING I OWN. I NEED ABOUT 10 LEFT AND 10 RIGHT HAND OPERATORS. HALF OF THEM ARE 10 INCHES LONG AND THE OTHER IS 10 1/2 INCHES LONG. PLEASE HELP ME. THANKS GREG

Hello, I have several metal cams broken on my windows. I either need new cams (I can't pull out existing cams with pliers), or I buy entire shoe, although I don't know how to slide out shoe since there isn't cutout in the pvc channel. I need to identify the part that I need to replace iit is a sash balance. The markings are 11600-3 on one side. On the other side it is marked 11600-17. then has heavy markings BL23 9#31 7-86

I NEED 2 BALANCES MEASURE 30 INCH, 3/8 DIAMETER AND THEY HAVE GREEN TIPS ON THE BOTTOM. I ALSO NEED 2 BOTTOM PIVOT SHOES AND ALSO TILT WINDOW SPIRAL BALANCE TOOL.

I am looking for keepers for Alenco windows. They do not have screw holes. Here is a pic of one. The measurements are 7/8" high, the base is 1 5/8" across. And the post that hold it instead of screws are 1 3/8" apart. I am not sure if I can use screws to hold one on. Please help :) ... (cont.)
