Hi, I need to replace 6 or 8 of these balances. Need to know what is the part numbe to order. Also,any help on how to install would be great. I have tried to work on these and very difficult to get these back in place. Thanks

I order a replacement part for sliding door but it is too large for the mortise already in the door. Please see the attachement picture of the part I am trying to replace.

Do you have balances that are 1/2" channel with the 19-020 and 15-003 parts on them, and if so which one is it? The balance is stamped 223088067P

This my first time to your site. I have Gapco series 300 windows. I see that you carry parts for series 350 and up. can I use 350 parts on 300 series or do I need to special order parts for 300. My windows are non-tilt 1/2" 26" . Thank you for your time. Ben

Which balance do I need? 28" 2730 top 19-005 and shoe is a 15-002.

Attached are two profiles from the piece that attaches to the window. This accompanies a 1/2" 28c channel (non Tilt). Please let me know what part number to purchase. Thanks

Latches are Flush mounted,2 7/8" body by 3/4", White Cant Completely ID ...... Help Need 2 Right & 2 Left they have no Screws they slide in & have a catch that keeps them from sliding back.

Require the white plastic glide and spring. Hope you folks can find a replacement. See Attached Photos. John

I ordered parts for several windows and was successful replacing all the parts. Everything worked but one of the windows must be too heavy. I am replacing nine window spiral springs that do not hold window up ,Their are two other windows with red and blue tips that work but the nine that do not are all red . Are the colors what determine the spring strength and if it does should i go to a different color?
