Please help me identify this roller. The roller name is ULTRA and the measurements are as follows: Length is 77mm Height is 30mm Width is 22mm and the Full Height including the roller wheel is 42mm. Thanks--Mike

All the cords have snap on the counter balancers due to dye rot.I have the Counter balancer box out and the numbers stamped on box are C22 5 23 272 can you help me find a replace for this model??? The box is: 2 3/4" X 6 1/4". Thanks for any help you can give me

I've got to replace a few counter balances. I saw a posting stating that the 419,425,431 would work. Got those, installed a pair, but no dice. They are too weak to support the window. It looks like the 38-036 will work to replace what I have here. Two question though: If I add the two measurements you show (1/4" + 5/8" = 7/8") from back of trim flange to tip of locking arm, this total is 7/8". I need replacement tilt latches for Certainteed vinyl replacement windows. They were manufactured about 10 years ago. I posted some images. They measure 3 1/2" long and 13/16" wide. They snap in place but I could use screw down ones if you think they would work.

You show the width of the beveled top to be 9/16" (the one I need to replace is 1/2", but an extra 1/16" should be no problem). The width of body needs to be 3/8".
