IM LOOKING FOR PARTS FOR A WINDOW. I THINK ITS YOUR 28" SERIES 400 SPIRAL BALANCE AND THE TOOL FOR IT.

The house was built in 1962 Ovarall length is 5.7" Overall length of arm is 2.65" Size of holes is .2 " No markings found

I am looking for replacements for metal frame non tilting windows.

I have the attached pictures of my balance and it looks like a combination of 385 & 390. It also includes the marks "29 5" as well as "BSI" on the channel. Please let me know which one is the correct balance to order.
